Children's Programs

When children are taught practical, and proper social, and dining manners while growing up, they can use these skills for the rest of their lives. Parents who want to bring up children with high self-esteem and good manners realize that they cannot do it all. Help is on the way! Enroll your children in our etiquette classes to equip them with the tools that will ensure a successful future.

Spring and Fall Cotillion: Manners, Etiquette, and Ballroom Dancing

Have you noticed that some of our boys and girls refuse to look adults in the eye, wear pants in danger of falling off, and communicate through grunts? Our Cotillion classes will teach young ladies and gentlemen the art of good graces. At the International Etiquette Centre, we will, through gentle persuasion and friendly advice, guide boys and girls to practice good manners.

Students will learn how to introduce themselves, how to leave a telephone message, and proper table manners. These are some of the skills that will give them self-confidence. Dancing lessons will teach them good posture, how to mingle, and the right approach on the dance floor. Ballroom dancing is fun, and students come away with knowledge of such classics as the cha-cha, the waltz, the merengue, the Fox trot, swing dancing, and even the tango! Students are encouraged to sign up with a friend or acquaintance of the opposite sex to make sure they have a dance partner.

In our classes, students make new friends and gain self-confidence by learning how to behave properly in any social situation. The lessons that your boy or girl will learn through International Etiquette Centre’s Cotillion classes will be useful to them as they grow up, start dating, and become responsible and polite adults.

Birthday Tea Parties (Table Etiquette for Children)

Children are never too young to start learning their manners. Birthday tea parties encourage children to use the right silverware and proper table etiquette.

One-Day Etiquette Camps

At our one-day Etiquette Camps, children have fun learning the ABCs of table manners, the proper use of the silverware, kindness to others, respect for adults, writing Thank You notes, and good manners in public places.

Our dining etiquette seminars are interactive, includes real food and lots of fun.
