We are seeing a resurgence of a demand for etiquette in the workplace, especially the restaurant and hotel industries, corporations, private businesses, public and private schools, and by parents who want their children to have good manners and behave well. These new demands create business opportunities for you as an Etiquette Consultant at the well-respected International Etiquette Centre (IEC).

How can you gain certification as an Etiquette Consultant? Our training programs at IEC are divided into four components, from which you can choose any level of certification. We will provide you with the necessary materials, teach you meaningful skills and troubleshoot questions you may have even after you finish your training. Please note that we are not a franchise and that you are not required to buy any products or materials from us at any point during the certification process.

The following are our certification categories:

Business Etiquette, 3 days; Customer Service, 2 days; Image Consulting, 2 days; and Youth Etiquette, 2 days.

When you take the complete course of four components, you get an extra day free of charge! This day will be dedicated to a Field Trip for you to be a speaker in front of a civic organization, and a visit to a restaurant for a Tutorial Lunch, with our compliments.
